Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Domestic Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Shipment 

Shipping rates used for deliveries to all international customers, are based on the weight of the items ordered as well as the zone of the shipping destination. We charge flat rates for all shipments to customers Outside of India. No matter how many items you purchase, a flat rate charged for all International orders.

Return Policy

In the highly unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our product please provide an email with a clear description of the reason why you are unsatisfied with our product in an email to our customer support team. Once we receive your email, we shall arrange for a Refund/Exchange of the Saffron.

The above is only applicable if 70% of the saffron that you have ordered is unused and the email stating the cause of dissatisfaction is sent within 4 days of receipt of goods.

Undeliverable Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This is usually due to the Courier Agency not being able to deliver in a remote location or repeated unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address. In such cases, we will attempt to re-ship orders as soon as we get them back by a different courier ( if required ).
